Philip N. Johnson, MD, FACOG
Dr. Johnson attended The University of Utah and Harvard University. He graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his residency at The University of Florida at Shand’s in Gainesville Florida.. After completing his residency in 1995, he moved to Ocala and has been in private practice since. Dr. Johnson is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a member of The American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and the Marion County Medical Society. He has served two terms as the Chief of Ob-Gyn at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Johnson has one child. He enjoys traveling, playing the guitar, and running. His special interests include minimally invasive surgery including daVinci robotic surgery.
Dorothy T. Lee-Evenson, MD, FACOG
Dr. Lee-Evenson is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1998 and finished her residency at UCSF-Fresno in 2002. She provides all aspects of health care to women from adolescent healthcare needs, birth control management, pregnancy and delivery care, menopausal management, and minimally invasive surgical options.
Dr. Lee-Evenson is married and has a young son. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, boating and knitting and crochet.
Jackie Davis, ARNP, CNM
Jackie Davis, CNM graduated with a Masters in Nursing, specializing in midwifery from the University of Florida in 1990. She is certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives, and a member of The Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. She has spent most of her career in Ocala, and also worked in Women’s Health at the Student Health Center in Gainesville Florida. She also worked teaching midwifery in Guatemala. Jackie is married with two sons, and three granddaughters. In addition to midwifery.Jackie enjoys playing upright bass, ukulele, traveling (mostly to visit her granddaughters), and kayaking.
Sharon Seiler, ARNP, CNM
Sharon Seiler graduated with a Masters Degree in Nursing from Frontier School of Family Nursing and Midwifery in 2005. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwifery. She has worked as a midwife at Monroe Regional Medical Center. Sharon is married with four children and four grandchildren. She enjoys going to the beach, volunteering, riding horses, and spending time with her family.
Alice Carlisle, ARNP, CNM, PhD
Alice Carlisle graduated with a PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Florida in 2008, also a Masters Degree in Nursing and Midwifery in 1995. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwifery. She has worked as a nurse midwife for over 20 years in Ocala, for Dr.Nagda, Dr.Hunt, and Midwives of Ocala. Alice is married with two children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.
